Returns policy
Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:
-Original Artwork: seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery
-Prints: 14 (14) calendar days from the date of delivery
Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted
Return shipments must be arranged through Faye Hofmann.art and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
All returns must be insured to the full value of the artwork as you are still responsible for it until it arrives back
Retaining proof of postage is essential and tracking is recommended as we cannot refund items that do not arrive back, or arrive damaged
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once we receive the artwork
All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing
Customized items: Special commissions, custom framed original artworks, framed/matted prints, and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns
Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase
