Returns policy
  • Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:

-Original Artwork: seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery

-Prints: 14 (14) calendar days from the date of delivery

  • Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted

  • Return shipments must be arranged through Faye and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated

  • All returns must be insured to the full value of the artwork as you are still responsible for it until it arrives back

  • Retaining proof of postage is essential and tracking is recommended as we cannot refund items that do not arrive back, or arrive damaged

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once we receive the artwork

  • All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing

  • Customized items: Special commissions, custom framed original artworks, framed/matted prints, and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns

  • Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase
