We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

Shipping: Original artworks are shipped from Switzerland. Prints are shipped from within your country or the next closest location. We choose the best shipping handlers and rates to make sure you receive your artwork safely and economically.

Lead times: We usually ship original artwork within 48 hours, and you should receive them within 3-7 working days within Switzerland and 9-25 days within Europe. Should there be any delays, you will be notified.

Duties/Taxes: Purchases that ship internationally may incur further import duties. These are the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed by the shipping provider.
